Dissemination Erasmus+ KA101 Project “Sharing European Experiences”.

Antonio de Mendoza Secondary School has created a blog for the dissemination of the Erasmus+ KA101 Project “Sharing European Experiences” where we report on the different mobilities that are taking place this year. The teaching staff continues to work with a clear objective: the internationalisation of our school through exchanges and Erasmus+ programmes. We seek to open minds, frontiers, new methodological techniques, share experiences and ideas with other teachers in the European Community

So far, five of the seven mobilities that will take place before July have been carried out.

These mobilities will be a great multi-linguistic (it is our third year as a Bilingual Centre), cultural and methodological enrichment. We hope that all new ideas, forms of centre management, strategies and methodologies will benefit the entire educational community.

Conflict Management, Emotional Intelligence and Bullying Prevention

During this week our colleague Patricia is part of a group of teachers from 8 different countries who together are learning the basics of Emotional Intelligence and its usefulness in conflict resolution and bullying prevention. Positive psychology and non-violent language are also part of the contents of the course that is taking place in Florence. With all this, and its subsequent dissemination to the rest of the teaching staff at Antonio de Mendoza Secondary School, the aim is to provide students with strategies and skills with which to improve their social relations and to manage their own emotions in a more positive and constructive way.
